As COO and CTO of Impelsys Nizar Jamal manages day-to-day operations of the company. In addition to Mr. Jamal's financial responsibilities, he also oversees the development and maintenance of company infrastructure, human resources, policy development, project management, quality control and client-team communications.

Mr. Jamal has over 15 years of experience in building and managing software products and services in the US

As a Director of Engineering at Respond Networks, Mr. Jamal designed a scalable, consumer directed web service that was later branded by Verizon, Qwest and Martindale-Hubble. Mr. Jamal has also maintained senior-level positions at Hitachi Software, Agilent Technologies and Unify Corporation. More recently, Mr. Jamal served as a consultant to Neoteris and Solsoft on network security product development and implementation of software configuration management processes

Mr. Jamal holds a MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin and a BE degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Annamalai University in India.
