Create engaging storyboards. This includes designing visual storyboards in PowerPoint and textual storyboards in MS Word.
Analyse the given content, chunk and curate it
Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Visualize instructional graphics, user interface and finished product
Write exercises/questions and activities that enhance the users learning process
Review the work of other instructional designers and developed course
Work with subject matter experts to clarify and understand the content
Apply best practices in instructional design.This will include game-based learning, simulations and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements and hands on experience in the design and development of blended learning solutions
Collaborate with other functional teams
Convert and apply theoretical instructional design knowledge to actual e-learning courses
Candidate Profile :
Senior Instructional designer to have 5-6 years of core instructional design experience in corporate sector
Professional proficiency in English is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of basic, advanced, and current ID trends and concepts.
Knowledge of e-learning methodologies, instructional design theories and models and learning styles
Knowledge of working with Microsoft 365
Knowledge of eLearning authoring solutions such as Articulate Rise will be an advantage
Knowledge of learning evaluation methods
Appropriate balance of expertise of how to work in a business environment
Experience juggling multiple work streams while achieving great results
Education :
Bachelors/Masters degree in instructional design, adult education or related field, visual/communication design
